Refund and Return policy
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this is not your case, please refer to the below policy.
We have a 3-days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Eliss website and any purchase made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eliss strives to present all products accurately. However, minor variations in colour, scent, or appearance may occur. Product availability may change without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR (€). An order is considered accepted only once payment has been successfully processed. Eliss reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or other legitimate reasons.
4. Shipping
Eliss ships within Malta and the European Union. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control. Eliss is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
5. Returns
Our Refund & Return Policy forms an integral part of these Terms. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the conditions described in that policy.
6. Allergies & Safety
Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and verifying any potential sensitivities. Eliss is not liable for allergic reactions, improper handling, or misuse of products.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eliss shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

Yes. Every fragrance at Eliss is 100% authentic, sourced from trusted suppliers. We offer only genuine, luxury scents.
2. How fast is delivery in Malta, Gozo, and internationally?
Local orders arrive within 1–3 days.
International shipping is also available and takes up to 10 business days, depending on the courier and your location.
3. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes - delivery becomes free once your order reaches €50 for local orders and €100 for international orders.
Below that, a small standard fee applies depending on your location.
4. Can I return a perfume?
Of course. As long as the fragrance is unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging, we accept returns within 3 days.
